G. C. Jackson, Registrar – Much of the success of any institution was the result of a perfected system of disposing of details accurately and quickly.  There must be means of handling the hundreds of demands that come each day as well as the regular routine of filing and recording.  So excellent is the work directed by Mr. Jackson that at any time information on file in the office is instantly a available.

With the moving of the Offices into the new quarters in Herod Hall in 1926 the facilities for maximum efficiency was completed.  The offices that year now occupied four rooms on the main floor and a filing room on the second floor.  Miss Hyde, secretary, was thoroughly competent of the difficult stenographic duties attendant and always greeted you with a smile. Miss Bishop, private secretary to the President, had her office at the east end of the hall and received and announced all callers.  She was also the lady who greeted you over the telephone, -- a pleasant little Miss always ready to lend a helping hand.
